All sales are final. Please make sure you are able, responsible and financially stable to buy and own a dog or pup. Any dog or pup that is neglected cause of money trouble will be returned to R and R with half amount refunded. Any dog that is abused, fought, or used for illegal or wrong reason will be returned to R and R with no refund. Non cooperation of returning on such acts, Authorities will be notified and legal action will be taken. Puppies will be sold with a health certificate. Health certificates will be obtained when the pup is 8 weeks old. If any health issue is seen, buyer will be notified of what is going on. If major, buyer can switch to another pup or money including deposit will be returned. If minor will be corrected and second health certificate will be obtained before pup is ready to be sent or picked up. Once the buyer recieves the pup or dog, everything is now the buyers responsibility. All dogs and pups are in excellent health when shipped or bought. Any deposit placed on a dog or pup is NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposit can be transferred to another pup or dog of same sex unless sex change is okay and agreed on with R and R. If more than deposit is sent in but less than full price, deposit will be taken out of amount to hold pup or dog. Anything over can be refunded. Full payment and Shipping must be paid before pup or dog is ready to leave. A reciept will be sent out for each payment recieved. A contract of purchase will be sent also. Contract must be signed, dated and returned to R and R before pup is 8 weeks or dog is ready to leave. 1 copy will be sent. Send it back to R and R. There will be 2 legal copies, A copy for us and a copy for buyer. Please read to make sure that everything is to your liking or is what we agreed or talked about. If any questions please call before singing and returning so that I can make sure that you understand everything on contract. Once I recieved the contract back I will make a copy and send the original back to you to keep. I ask that the buyer of a pup or dog please keep us updated on how he or she is doing. Please send photos if you can, it would be great if I can put them on produced page. Stud service payment must be paid before breeding will be done. Please make sure that your Female is in heat. Payment will not be refuned if female does not take or has a false heat. A Negative Brucellosis or B test is required before service of stud. Test must be given by a Liscense Vet. If female is healthy and does not take stud service payment can be moved to the purchase of a pup or adult dog. Studs can not be switched unless stud that was used dies or agreed upon with R and R. If you chose a different stud with a higher fee and a fee is paid on another stud, The difference will have to be paid before services are rendured. A different stud will be another fee. If the stud sperm count was low during a breeding with your female, if she doesn't take, a second stud service will be done free of charge.
